Zeal to promote the common good, whether it be by devising anything ourselves, or revising that which hath been laboured by others, deserveth certainly much respect and esteem, but yet findeth but cold entertainment in the world. It is welcomed with suspicion instead of love, and with emulation instead of thanks: and if there be any hole left for cavil to enter, and cavil, if it do not find a hole, will make one it is sure to be misconstrued, and in danger to be condemned.

cavil: To find fault unnecessarily; raise trivial objections.
(The American Heritage Dictionary @2000)

Thus reads the original Preface to an esteemed translation of the Holy Scriptures, known to hundreds of millions over the last 400 years, as the Authorized King James Version of the Holy Scriptures. Those translators knew that to translate the Holy Scriptures into English would likely subject them to apathy and harsh criticism. Now as we look into the past 400 years we can see that this English translation proved capable of shining a bright light directing people to seek their Creator. Although not the first rendering of the Word of God into the English language it has been so very long referred to as THE HOLY BIBLE that it has become regarded as one of the most trustworthy and influential translations of all times. It is widely recognized for standardizing the way English words in the Bible are written and pronounced. Because it became the Bible of the common man it is said that the entire English language was progressed more by the Authorized King James Version of the Bible than any other literary work in English.

Prior to the printing press bookmaking was so extraordinarily expensive no common man had a book of any kind, let alone a Bible. Even with the mass production of the Authorized King James Version of the Bible still few people could afford to buy one which nearly forced the printers into bankruptcy and debtors’ prison. While only the rich could afford to buy a complete Bible, the printers were saved because the common man considered it such a treasure that they were willing to buy the Bible one page at a time and to share it with others.

Even after 400 years and after so many other translations have come along to point out its flaws, the Authorized King James Version (AKJV) is still considered by many to be the “providentially appointed Word of God” for English speaking people of the world. It has been the basis of authority and law and for teaching and to this day it is used to instruct adults and children on the use of their free will.

But as well meaning translators have sought to improve on the good work of the AKJV by making modern English versions, the vast majority have not spoken out against the unjustifiable practice of removing God’s unique name and substituting it with the ambiguous term lord.

The Only Word Ever Removed From the Bible

Would it surprise you that the majority of religious leaders relying on these particular scholarly works, teach that too much concern for the Divine Name Jehovah is unwarranted? Indeed they trivialize it—saying it is merely the Hebrew traditional name for GOD—and invariably they add that Jehovah is only one of GOD’s many names. Nothing could be more misleading!

While GOD is reverentially addressed in the Bible with different titles such as, our Father, our Lord, and honorific phrases—like Alpha and Omega, King of Kings—these four Hebrew characters הוהי—are not a title of any kind but are a unique Name without equal. These 4 particular characters are so exclusive in all faithful Hebrew literature, both secular and religious, that they are referred to as the Tetragrammaton. This Name is never used to refer to any other person or creature, whether or not, they are also called father or lord or king or god.—it always refers to “the only true God.” ( 7777 Saying:
31Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him. 32Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me? 33The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God. 34Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods? 35If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken; 36Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God? 37If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not.
Jhn 10:31-37; 7777 Saying:
1 God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods. 2 How long will ye judge unjustly, and accept the persons of the wicked? Selah. 3 Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy. 4 Deliver the poor and needy: rid them out of the hand of the wicked. 5 They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course. 6 I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.
refWIP Psa 82:1,6; 7777 Saying:
refWIP Isa 9:6, 7; Jhn 17:3)
While titles can be used with such frequency that they can function as, or even become, a person’s name; the only person ever called or named by the Tetragrammaton is the “most high over all the earth.”– Psa 83:18

The English tongue does not usually have enough experience to vocalize the Tetragrammaton, or any other Hebrew name for that matter—certainly not in the way that a Hebrew native would say them. For instance, even if we provide you the markings for pronunciation, can you readily determine how to exactly pronounce this most famous of Hebrew names יֵשׁוּעַyēšūă‘ ? Thanks to the good sense of the translators of the AKJV, you don’t have to be any kind of scholar. In English, the AKJV completely preserved the identity of יֵשׁוּעַ and made it pronounceable as Jesus.

The question of integrity was before the translators each time they viewed the Divine Name and read of its supreme majesty. How could they take the greatest word in Hebrew and translate it so that it could be the greatest word in English? The English language was in its infancy compared to the ancient Hebrew. There were few standards for English letters or pronunciation. Different English letters were often used to represent the same sound depending merely on the whim of the writer. English was also pronounced differently from region to region. Translating this most important word would require that they not fall prey to religious dogma or perfectionism.

Rather than leave us helpless with no way to say God’s Divine Name, the AKJV translators did faithfully (using the same good sense that prevented them from substituting יֵשׁוּעַyēšūă‘ with the words the Lord) preserve the identity of the Almighty God הוהי with the rendering Jehovah. Alas, but only in 4 places. (Exo 6:3; Psa 83:18; Isa 12:2; Isa 26:4) We won’t complain too much since the record they made stands as an indictment against all that have been completely unfaithful.– Mal 1:8

The Divine Name–Jehovah occurs at least 6973 times in the authentic record of the Bible. To put this into perspective, the Almighty God, Jehovah, is identified by his own unique name, 7 times more, than is “The mighty God,” Jesus, ( 7777 Saying:
refWIP Isa 9:6, 7)
by his own name. (Jesus occurs 983 times in the AKJV) Contrary to what unfaithful men say—Jehovah is not just one of God’s many names—it is his Great Name forever.– Ezk 36:22, 23; Exo 3:15

We are by no means the first to advocate the restoring of God’s great name to the Bible in the English language. As the 1800’s approached their zenith, a yearning to know God by His Divine Name began to awaken.

The Voice to Listen To

The councils of the Church of England in 1870 recommended to the British Crown that a revision of the AKJV be produced. The Revised Version (RV) of the AKJV containing the Old and New Testament was published in 1885. It was the first and remains the only officially authorized and recognized revision of the King James Bible. A group of translators from the United States of America were chosen from among the Baptist, Congregationalist, Dutch Reformed, Friends, Methodist, Episcopal, Presbyterian, Protestant Episcopal, and Unitarian, to simultaneously collaborate with the translators of the RV to produce a version in ‘American’ English. This counterpart to the RV of 1885 is the American Standard Version of 1901 (ASV) and is largely identical to the Revised Version. The most noticeable difference is the restoration of Jehovah in approximately 7000 places rather than the LORD to represent the Divine Name, the Tetragrammaton. Amazing! While not as ‘authorized’ as the RV, nonetheless, the American Standard Version was approved.

We ought ask ourselves—‘Why in nearly 300 years since the publishing of the AKJV, did there suddenly appear bold, unapologetic, men as these.’ This insistence to restore God’s name is not characteristic of translators for even their British counterparts did not show this same zeal. What might account for such a difference?

After that tragic American Civil war, many faithful Christians in America were searching the Scriptures for an answer from God. Their hunger was to understand what was it that could possibly be missing from their minds, so that it happened that they, their friends, and families, had all became bloodguilty. People were no doubt wondering—‘Why were we not peaceful, and immune to civil unrest, the way Christ and his disciples were?’ Were these translators sensing something that made them side with the Divine Name? Could it have anything to do with preparation for the messenger of the covenant or someone else?– Mal 3:1; Isa 30:21; Ezk 36:23; Jhn 10:27; 7777 Saying:
refWIP Rev 18:2- 4; 19:1-15

These translators made no secret of the facts that compelled them to restore God’s name. The Preface of the American Standard Version of 1901 has this to say about the richness of the Divine Name:

This Memorial Name, explained in Ex. iii. 14, 15, and emphasized as such over and over in the original text of the Old Testament, designates God as the personal God, as the covenant God, the God of revelation, the Deliverer, the Friend of his people; -- not merely the abstractly “Eternal One” of many French translations, but the ever living Helper of those who are in trouble. This personal name, with its wealth of sacred associations, is now restored to the place in the sacred text to which it has an unquestionable claim.

The ASV translation became widely used. Especially was this true among conservative churches who preferred its integrity to the original language, as opposed to the way other translations watered down or avoided what was said. It refreshed people to see the fact of that, because no other Bible in English had ever shown such affection for God’s name Jehovah—even though other translations clearly were presided over by ‘much sweat and wringing of the hands’ to produce their words.– Mat 5:3; Mal 3:16; Mat 23:24

The ASV with Jehovah faithfully restored was appreciated because it, as the Preface says, “let the written words speak for themselves.” It thus earned the name The Standard Bible in American seminaries by Christians who knew it was time to think for themselves rather than to let their thinking be anchored to the past interpretations of men—but not for long.

In the course of the two World Wars that followed, the acclaimed and trusted ASV with God’s Divine Name restored, was of no use to religious leaders who wanted to convince Christian soldiers that God was blessing these wars between Christians, as the religious leaders of the American Civil War, used the AKJV to do. We assert that if it had been their preference to use it, then there would be no possible way that the name Jehovah would have become all but forgotten, or even, unknown, as it has to mainstream believers of Christianity in the 20th century. The indisputable fact is that the people were made to forget. Needless to say, even though few Bibles could approach its standard of translation excellence and use for serious Bible study, the popularity of the ASV was all but lost. Here we come to the evidence of a diabolical fingerprint upon God’s word the Bible. Let’s track this criminal together.

In hope that religious leaders would once again recommend it to their flocks, then its caretakers chose new translators and gave birth to the New American Standard Bible 1971-1995. Astutely aware of the challenge ahead of them they state: “Words are the vehicles of thought”—which explains their mandate to update the English “but preserve the highly literal character of the ASV, so useful as a translation for close study...showing respect for and an interest in, the smallest verbal details of the text, and a careful awareness of the difference, between a translation and an interpretation of the Bible.” Even though in the Preface of each revision, they continually admit the supreme importance of the Divine Name—God’s name is no longer found within its pages—not even where it was originally in the AKJV. We must ask—‘Why did they write lord down instead of Jehovah, if they were interested in the smallest detail of the text, when it is God’s Divine Name that is the most prominent word in the Bible?’

The short and simple fact is, that when Bibles display lord instead of Jehovah, they are not letting God’s word speak for itself. Someone else is talking and the reader can be sure that it is not the Almighty God or Jesus Christ.

Translators must remove God’s Divine Name to appease religious leaders. If they did not, their Bible would be vilified and a likely financial failure; their careers as translators destroyed. For this reason, we operate entirely without the aid, recommendation, or blessing of any religious or secular organization. We can confirm first hand, that if not for Lovers of the Divine Name telling one another about the DNKJB, it would not exist based on our financial ability to publish it.

The Divine Name and the 2nd Coming of Christ

When searching through these barren Bibles where God’s name is nowhere to be seen—it makes you wonder what exactly, are the thoughts in the Bible, that these religious men and those agreeing with them, do not want the vehicle of the Divine Name, “with its wealth of sacred associations,” to deliver to our minds and hearts?

Maybe now we can begin to grasp why, (at least in Church Sunday Schools) young children are not taught to know who the Almighty God is, by his own name, even though they are taught to know who Jesus is, by his own name. It is an embarrassment when children (Mat 18:3) ask the obvious question—‘Why aren’t we talking about Jehovah as much as the Bible does?’ The response is as we said—trivialize the Divine Name—protect the doctrines. The doctrines of the world’s great religions cannot stand up to the fact that they have treated as nothing these sacred associations—especially, in light of the fact that all throughout the New Testament, Jesus and his disciples, call upon the Divine Name in the Old Testament to makes these sacred truths the centerpiece of Christ’s authority. Whose modus operandi is known for confusing God’s words? (Mat 28:18; 2Co 4:4) Not true disciples of Christ! They are eager to help others build unbreakable faith, that even now Jesus is bringing about the long awaited benefits of his Kingship, and that his 2nd coming to finish things up, is soon. Those translators of the ASV boldly declared God’s name knowing that Jesus only does what he sees his Father do and thus they do as Jesus does.–  7777 Saying:

What is it about the presence of God’s name in the Bible that is so difficult to accept? The truths that the Divine Name brings into full view are absolutely essential to establish, in a meaningful, life-saving way, that Jesus Christ is the Champion of God’s Sovereignty. ( 7777 Saying:
refWIP Rev 19:6, 10,15)
Christians accept that Jesus was not lying when he said that all authority was given him. Why is he given so much authority? Jesus said that he scope of the Kingdom of God, with him on its throne, would reach far beyond saving the mere future of the human race or just to rewarding the faithful. Indeed, that authority carries the obligation that Jesus Christ must undo—every single thing—that has ever brought reproach upon God’s name. This kingly action by Christ crushes the lies that have been used to call into question the morality of the unparalleled Sovereignty, that only the great name, Jehovah, represents. ( 7777 Saying:
refWIP Jhn 6:43- 45; 7777 Saying:
refWIP 1Co 15:12- 28; 7777 Saying:
refWIP Jhn 5:1- 29)
Jesus confirmed the message of the Old Testament that every human that has ever lived, who were already paid for their sins, as long as they did not align themselves with God’s great Adversary against Christ, (Jhn 3:36; Act 24:15; Luk 23:43; Mat 23:15,33; Jude 7) is going to have the opportunity to be judged under its healing righteousness.– Rev 20:12; Rom 5:12;6:23; Heb 4:15

This thinking completely unsettles those who have a vested interest in maintaining the status quo. Since righteousness and salvation are inexorably tied to sovereignty, Jesus Christ as King, cannot tolerate divided Christian loyalties to this world’s kingdoms or the religions ‘in bed with them.’ (Rev 18:4; 19:1-16) This is hard to take by the bloodguilty. Imagine the affect religious leaders could have had as peacemakers if they had accepted this truth and taught it during the Civil War and the following two World Wars? Where would this have put them with respects to the political forces hungry for war? On the dinner menu! Like wolves in sheep’s clothing, it was eat or be eaten.

Thus as their spiritually starving flocks came to comprehend that these sacred associations belonged to the Father’s name, and to no one else; then the world rulers that thought religion had everything the control of its warmongering doctrines, began to feel threatened and angry. These sacred things which are attached only to God’s name are what create full faith in Christ’s authority to rule and to be the Lord leading them to the road to true peace and security. (Jhn 12:13; 7777 Saying:
refWIP Psa 118:25, 26; Jhn 12:13; 7777 Saying:
refWIP Mat 7:13- 27; 28:18 Jhn 18:36)
Blinded to these facts, these Bibles that restore God’s name to its unimpeachable place make Jesus sounds strange and frightening to them as they must now admit that Jesus comes in Jehovah’s name. But Jesus makes sure that he comes in Jehovah’s name to show God’s sheep that he is not covered from head to toe with the bloody fingerprints of a criminal.

Consequences for Denying the Divine Name

In the unhypocritical culture, that Abraham was the lord over, (1Pe 3:6) there was no need to teach the children the lie, that their God—the Creator of us all—has many names. Jehovah, by mightiness and righteousness, has made His exclusive name mean more than any other name or title could ever convey. For the sake of His children, God is jealous. Not for the words the LORD, but for His name, Jehovah. His Name is what keeps his children, Christ’s disciples, free from being confused about any other that are called God or Lord. (or their counterparts in Hebrew—Elohim and Adonai, or in Arabic—Allah and Ar–Rabb) (Exo 20:5) Jehovah has no need for many names to describe him—His deeds make his great Name speak louder than all the names of all other gods. Whether we are Christian or not, with whom do we want to be identified?

The Abrahamic religions of the world—those that claim Abraham the father of true faith—face that same question. The Holy Writings of Islam, Christianity and Judaism, all depend upon their connecting all the way back to Abraham, so they can claim that God is with them as his rightful heirs. The big challenge to their credibility, is that Abraham revered the Divine Name while totally embracing it. Jehovah–הוהי was made the centerpiece of pure worship—so much so that it became commonplace to use God’s name as much as possible, even including it in names of places and of children. (Jam 2:23) The Abrahamic religions of the world do not revere the Divine Name, as once they may have. Without anything to promote love or unity among them, now like wild animals, they mercilessly devour each other.–  7777 Saying:
refWIP Jhn 17:11, 26

As with all forms of duplicity and dishonesty, once someone has misrepresented the truth, they must continue with more dishonesty, half-truths or outright lies to hide the unseemly motivations behind their actions. Lies, are how all wickedness is perpetuated. The world system of government, religion, and commerce is based on lies about the Almighty God. It is held together by lies about who Jesus is and how he came to have authority as King on God’s throne. Who is responsible for this fountain of lies? God’s great Adversary!

Intent to Confuse and Defraud

If the name Jehovah–הוהי was revered by Abraham and faithfully recorded in the Holy Scriptures of the Old Testament, and thus certainly in the quotes of the Old Testament found in the New Testament, then who are these people that could have been so brazen to defraud mankind of God’s Divine Name, and God of his worshippers? What pretense would they give? What would their motive be?

It was not modern translators nor even the translators of the King James Bible that first presumptuously removed God’s Divine Name from the Bible. It was the abundant false religious leaders from among God’s own chosen people, that did this! Yes, 200 years before Christ appeared upon the earth, these religious leaders began slowly but surely to substitute God’s name Jehovah–הוהי with the word adonaiינדא or lord. Their motive? To become illegitimate rulers over God’s free people. Their desire? To be worshipped in place of Jehovah.– 7777 Saying:
refWIP 2Th 2:3, 4

God’s laws and teachings when accepted and obeyed from the heart create loyal love for God’s sovereignty. This prevents men from following men and condemns men that seek to lord it over their fellowmen. In order to become lords over their brothers, they had to first remove God’s name from the page and from the mind, defrauding their brothers of the motivation to obey from the heart.

With man defrauded of God’s name, enslaving them became easy for criminals. Replace the laws based on love and mercy by teaching fanatical, incomprehensible rules. Rules so complex, that a new class of religious lawyers would be required for every detail of life. Revile and slander the common man that has neither the opportunity, nor the resources to comply. Relegate them as a class of contemptible men undeserving of equality, justice, or mercy. Deny the common man access to the Holy Scriptures, so he cannot defend himself. Build a life of pretentiously following your man-made rules in public, then while in private, enrich yourself by endorsing ruthless men for a split of their ill-gotten gain. Wink at their depraved practices in return for their continued cooperation. Exalt oneself as the voice of God. Commit any act you desire against anyone you please. You are God. Become worshipped.–  7777 Saying:
refWIP 2Th 2:3, 4

Step by false step, these offspring of vipers led their victims into the pits of spiritual poverty and moral depravity. In order to maintain their wicked practices with a ‘clean’ conscience, the rulers, the religious leaders, and the people, resorted to offering up their own children, as burnt offerings to false gods. God showed Abraham that he did not want his servants offering up their children. By removing God’s name, humans could manipulate humans to do anything. ( 7777 Saying:
refWIP Gen 22:12- 14; 7777 Saying:
refWIP Mic 6:6, 7; Jer 19:5; 23:25-32)
The Puppet Master, Satan, had prepared the way, so that by the time Jesus was born, the nation of Israel was all but a spiritual wasteland. What insane pleasure it must have brought him, to humiliate God’s named people, by making them an accessory to the 1st degree murder, of their own promised Messiah. –  7777 Saying:
refWIP Luk 20:9- 19

This form of governing became the tour de force of the Catholic Papacy and all the schisms that descended from it. Taking possession of the spiritual riches of Christianity—keeping the knowledge locked away in language few could understand—using the same emotional blackmail as the Jews they despised used—they convinced the common person that their Pope or Reverend held the keys to their everlasting life. The tyranny of ignorance and fear of damnation became a collar around the necks of the people. For a price, these false shepherds gladly led the helpless captives into abominable wars of conquest, for riches and power, all in the name of a name-less God. Thus, as people begged their shepherds to interfere in the evil of the nations, these false shepherds had no choice but to betray their sheep by declaring that the Kings ruled by Divine Right. Even so, it has now become completely clear to the governments, who it was and who it is, that really had the choke hold on both king and peasant. Justice will prevail.–  7777 Saying:
refWIP Rev 18:1- 8

Some will disagree strongly with the assertions we are making. Our strong condemnation is against the past record of religion and what it has caused to happen. It is a waste of life and harmful to confuse one another. It is sound thinking to keep in mind that everyone might be suffering from confusion at the same time—like when a room is filled with some unseen toxic gas. (Eph 2:2) Yet, is it not life-saving to point out to each the other the signs of persistent confusion?

Confusion about LORDship fully installed

Translators are supposed to make the meaning of the message clear but they also want their work accepted. In the past, translators that stood their ground were burned at the stake with their Bibles as fuel. Thankfully its not that way at present but translators still have a difficult job.

Faced with the fact that the Bible has become unbelievably confusing because of the substitution of Jehovah with lord, translators have unanimously determined that lord must be capitalized as LORD to make it seem distinctive. Is that good enough to ‘clear the air’ and prevent confusion? No, as we hope to prove with two examples. First, since no one can ‘hear’ capital letters, let’s imagine how silly a Bible teacher that refuses to use God’s name sounds to a hearer. It may help the reader if we yell the capital letters:

The LORD can anoint a lord (Zec 4:4; 1Pe 3:6) to be the Lord (Psa 110:1; 7777 Saying:
refWIP Isa 9:6, 7; Act 2:34)
but even the LORD cannot anoint any lord, to be the LORD since there is only one LORD (Deu 6:4) and neither can any lord (Rom 13:1) nor even the Lord (Jhn 8:28) anoint a lord or a Lord to be the LORD.– Psa 83:18

In all seriousness, doesn’t substituting lord for the name Jehovah impact the clarity of God’s message? Fortunately, scriptures cited with God’s name in them do clear up the confusion. Without these scriptures, we can still recognize that these must be different lords and this must be an important abstract idea. But without knowing anything about them, then what is being clarified? Nothing. Not knowing the name of any of these lords detaches the why from their lordship—as in: ‘Why are any of these lords of consequence to me?’

If confusion from false religion is poison to the mind then God’s name is the antidote.

Let’s look at our second example at Exodus 3:13-15, where we see how God is helping Israel overcome this same dilemma. This scripture is consistently quoted to misrepresent that God’s name is I AM in support of religious dogma about John 8:58. What does God say? We will highlight words below to assist in answering two questions Moses asked God. Quoting from the Divine Name King James Bible:

13 And Moses said unto God, Behold, when I come unto the children of Israel, and shall say unto them, The God of your fathers hath sent me unto you; and they shall say to me, 1st Question What is his name? 2nd Question what shall I say unto them? 14 And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, God answers the 2nd Question first Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you. 15 And Now God answers the 1st Question God said moreover unto Moses, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, Jehovah, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, hath sent me unto you: this is my name for ever, and this is my memorial unto all generations.

So while there are those who insist upon translations that avoid the Divine Name to teach that one of God’s many names is I AM, we in fact see that it is not. God says clearly “Jehovah is my name!” Even if we want to insist that God has many names, the directive here leaves no doubt as to its place in true worship for God emphasizes it as a name to be memorialized forever—not a name to rub out!

Can we not see the dilemma of our poor Moses? In over 200 years of slavery, calling out for help using God’s name had not helped at all. And then there was Mighty Pharaoh! He was not someone to trifle with. Who would believe Moses?—he had already abandoned them once before. Moses was not asking God a question to confuse people, was he? It makes sense then that Moses is asking God, ‘what can I say that will make a difference, so that your people will listen to me and know that I have authority from you?’

Jehovah’s Distinctive Identity

The answer lies in recognizing that, generally speaking, Hebrew names have meaning. Many Hebrew names include God’s divine name as part of the name. God’s Divine Name has very distinctive meaning. God has revealed what his name is by telling us directly what it is. He also shows that what his name means, is exactly what we see, that he does for his name.– Exo 9:16; 23:20,21

The Divine Name arises from the root form of the verb hawah or to be. I AM can be thought of as roughly equivalent to BEING—which, without being overly precise, says little about the past or the future. Humans with very little difficulty say I am or use the term human being and people aren’t usually able to confuse them with someone else as long has they the aid of some context, such as we can only find at Exodus 3:13-15. Since we refuse to ignore the 6973 places where God did something great for his name, then in our estimation, I AM, or any discussion of its meaning, only partially expresses the supreme quality of the life that is Jehovah’s reality. We feel assured of our conclusion because while God embraces the significance of it by saying I AM, the full identity of Jehovah is not made with I AM alone. If we want to identify the only true God then for all future references using the AKJV or DNKJB it would have to be the superlative, I AM THAT I AM, which like the name, that it explains, belongs to no one else.– Isa 42:8; 7777 Saying:
refWIP Deu 5:6- 10; Jhn 8:58

The Tetragrammaton הוהי is be in the causative form—and the grammatically imperfect tense. This means that Jehovah is not simply being, like a stone can be, but causing. Examples: rise > raise, sit > set, lie > lay, be > become. When we say that the verb aspect of his name is in the imperfect tense—we don’t mean that Jehovah is in some way corrupted or is lacking. The grammatical term simply means that his being in existence is not simply as someone who causes but who is causing—and we should realize that no matter how long time extends, Jehovah is not at a stopping point for what he is causing and that is how it will always be.

The Bible emphasizes about Jehovah–הוהי that he is not only active but always progressive, which is what makes his promises not merely possible, but inevitable. He becomes what he determines his purposes require. A man wants a cake, he becomes > a baker. He wasn’t known to be a baker until he wanted to be and caused a cake to appear. A man wants to free his children > he becomes a liberator. He wasn’t known to be a liberator until he needed to become one and rescued his children. God is not the Great Promisor as men are. Jehovah is the Great Promise Keeper. That is exactly the answer that God gave Moses and exactly what he continues to be into the everlasting future.

We do not have to accept the differing translation opinions scholars who work under duress when we see that what they write is incomplete. With Jehovah restored in 6973 places we don’t have to be a scholar to know that the name Jehovah carries the sacred meaning I WILL BECOME WHAT I REQUIRE, not simply I am or I was or I will be or I have been. In what possible way can anyone honestly say, that titles exalted as names, like I AM or LORD, have the same ability to protect the powerful life-saving thoughts that, JEHOVAH, or if we must, I AM THAT I AM, has associated with the Almighty God’s distinct identity?

Where Do We Stand?

Religious leaders know full well of the unfaithfulness of their Jewish predecessors. They wink at that dishonesty and make themselves guilty by doing exactly as they did. Caught red-handed, they point the finger at the Jews, accusing them of having removed the Divine Name FIRST. To make it sound like a righteous precedent and duly scrutinized, they call it the tradition of ancient Jewish scholars. But that is no excuse at all since those Jewish men, were wholly unfaithful. Their records as spiritual guides—completely appalling. How misleading can you get?

FIRST, came the tradition of faithfulness to the Divine Name—when Jewish men of unbreakable faith wrote the Divine Name as they were inspired to do. So trustworthy were they, that they would destroy months of work if they found a single letter missing in their copies. Let alone if God’s sacred Name was gone! But if they had an accurate copy that had become too worn to be handled, they would not throw them away or simply burn them. Old authentic manuscripts were treated as sacred and were reverential buried deep in caves and other hiding places, to prevent pagans and apostates from putting their hands on the Divine Name and using it in mystical false worship.

Great courage is always evident among those who love the truth. Satan’s helpers in apostate Judaism stoned faithful worshippers and Christendom confidently burned true believers at the stake with their copies of the Bible. But just like a squirrel forgets where it buries its acorns and cannot then eat them all, so too was God’s name safely protected in documents long forgotten. Since we have these preserved treasures now, isn’t the hallowing of God’s name by declaring it, the tradition of integrity keeping that must be imitated? If we were the only ones to have restored God’s name to the Bible, then we would not say this—but it is, Jehovah, that is making his ‘treasure of acorns to sprout’ and it His Name that is preparing the way of Christ’s second coming, so that mankind can be prepared and come to know that He is Jehovah, and after thousands of years of slavery, just what that means.– 1Co 3:7; Psa 127:1; Isa 57:14; 7777 Saying:
refWIP Jhn 6:37- 40

Have we learned anything? Will false stories about the Almighty God—now nameless to the entire world—become what we believe? Will we be misled as to the importance of the Divine Name, let it be wrenched from our minds, to end up in opposition to the coming of Christ, with its promise of perfect government? That is what has happened to the nation of Israel. They were called, “God’s chosen people...His witnesses.” (Isa 43:12) Now, nowhere among them can we find the Divine Name. They are surrounded by enemies with weapons that can incinerate them in seconds and they are facing them without their promised Messiah. Most of them missed the Messiah the first time; there is still the second coming of the Messiah and the resurrection of the dead. Holding sacred the Divine Name gives courage and keeps us watchful to see again that Jehovah is the Great Promise Keeper.–  7777 Saying:

The inexcusable failure to speak out against this wrongful practice is proving to be the primary reason millions and millions of people have suffered the loss of a close and loving relationship with the Almighty God. While others continue to seek any reason without justification to remove the Divine Name from the Bible, the Divine Name Publishers continue to seek all justifiable reasons to do so. The DNKJB leaves untouched the base text of the AKJV, and makes no change except that which is necessary to restore the Divine Name using Jehovah, the Name as it was set forth by the 47 translators of the King James Bible. Now, in the Divine Name King James Bible, Jehovah, resides in 6973 rightful places, along with the glorious expression, Jah, in 50 places. The wonderful result is that the King James Bible is filled with a vibrancy never before seen. Readers feel a renewed purpose to examine their strongly held beliefs, because this familiar and acceptable name offers the promise of fresh and illuminated answers to life’s most important questions.

As important as it is for Bible readers to have the best possible translation of the Bible, may we say respectfully, that the DNKJB still suffers as the AKJV does, because it retains all of the unfamiliar words, inherent misspellings, its many mistranslations, and the presence of some illegitimate additions. Even among such difficulties, the reader will experience the power that the name Jehovah has to make things clear. While many who avoid the Divine Name, hold fast to the idea that neither, Jesus, nor first century Christians, used God’s unique personal name, the notations of abundant Old Testament references inserted directly next to LORD make such assertions hard to maintain.

For these simple reasons an ordinary man may use this Divine Name King James Bible to show that there is no excuse to prefer a Bible that silences God’s Divine Name over one that let’s God’s Divine Name speak for itself. This is a bold statement to be sure. But may we now introduce to you the new ‘old man’ from among all these translations, who now can point out to you the most important truth that for 400 years, has been hidden in plain sight.

The Life Giving Value of the Divine Name

Since the beginning of recorded history, mankind has shown that they keep seeking the answer to ‘all of this’ or better stated—‘Why are we here?’ The Bible addresses such questions unlike any other book. The Bible is a collection of writings of all sorts, now compiled into 66 books, which are attributed to over 40 different writers, with verified dates of writing, from 1500 years before Christ, to about 100 years after Christ.

In the Bible, we find books not only of moral instruction, but proclamations, prophecies, public and personal letters, songs, poems, invaluable genealogies, biographies and detailed histories. The Bible endears itself to its readers, as it portrays authentically, all of its content as non-fiction, filling every page with facts of history, science, sociology and philosophy. It does not depend upon the charisma or moral superiority of its writers, as remarkably, it fully exposes their weakness, misdeeds and humiliating foibles. It stands out, uniquely free of bias, and tampering by zealots—since it does not change any facts of history or science, nor needs to, in order to boldly declare its message. It gives man courage to stand up for the truth. It feeds us spiritually by giving logical explanations about the very Cause of everything—‘all of this’ and ‘why are we here.’

These writings tell of matters and events dating as far back to the time we all know as “In the beginning” and quickly enough, in the very first book our interest, is focused on matters and events, awaiting a promised fulfillment. As to prophecy, there is no contest between it and all other works that prophesy. A study of the Bible along with all archeological evidence now at hand, establishes that the vast majority of the prophecies of the Bible, have been factually verified as having occurred—with the best yet to come.

As to the intentions of such a Great Power, the Bible does not leave us confused and wondering. But because its wisdom and its answers are so motivating, both secular and religious leaders, have knowingly misrepresented and misused the scriptures for their own ends. However, when we separate away from these scriptures the religious dogma that has been forced upon people, it becomes absolutely clear that it is religion that is confusing and contradictory—not the Bible. The Bible does not mislead those who make its truths their own.– Pro 23:23

Having experienced the murderous insanity of religious fundamentalism, we might be quick with an answer to such strong assertions about the Bible. Saying that it is impossible to know if the Bible, written by over 40 writers, across centuries of time, can actually be, the one and only, true message from God. Our well-intentioned conclusion may be that all other Holy Books should likewise be viewed as inspiration from God. ( 7777 Saying:
refWIP 2Ti 3:15, 16)
But where did we get these answers? Was it from personally examining all the facts? It is very important to examine any answers we have about God but for which we cannot remember ever asking the question!

As is true of many things we do, we may doubt simply because those around us doubt. But mostly we doubt because someone has called a fact into question but gave us no proof, only more questions. This unfortunately, makes it possible for lingering doubts to be used as if they are facts. In all fairness, doubts about God must most certainly stem from the reality that so many religions claim to worship the very same GOD as the god that Abraham of the Bible worshipped. That would not be such a doubt-causing problem except that the only unified belief that they ultimately teach is that must kill one another, because of the things their beliefs provoke them to do.

Because of the wickedness done in the name of Jesus Christ by so-called Christians—the door has been left wide open for other philosophies to as the true voice of God. These leaders control their followers by pointing to writings filled with some of the same wisdom as is found in the Bible. Essential to their claim of authority is they are led by prophets that are inspired of God. They often steal credibility by saying even in their books that the Bible is also from GOD but that he now speaks through them. When confronted with their facts against apostate Christianity and its heinous crimes and hypocritical followers, we might wonder ourselves—What really is the difference?

The Divine Difference-Maker

What truly differentiates these books and these prophets, from the Bible and its prophets, is that their writings and prophets, all avoid like a plague, God’s unique self-proclaimed Divine Name. How hypocritical since Jehovah revealed his name to the same Abraham that they all claim is the father of their true faith. If so then why shouldn’t we at least take from their claim that we should follow Abraham’s example—even if they won’t. As we have already stated, this tactic of avoiding God’s name allows every half-truth and slanderous report about God to further tarnish God’s good reputation. All this insanity makes the very idea of GOD offensive and illogical to reasoning people. (Mal 1:12-14) Those that fall into their hands begin to look to men for answers. Just as God’s great Adversary would like it, these men keep trying to confuse everyone about who is Lord. Christians who embrace the Divine Name Jehovah, are protected by the fact that Jesus’ name, by itself, is the name used by Christians who throughout the centuries to did and do all their despicable deeds. How grateful we are that Jesus was willing to become the scapegoat, for all the things done in the name the LORD, and the Lord, and the other lords, among whom the world cannot tell any difference.– Gal 3:13; 7777 Saying:
refWIP Isa 53:4, 5; 7777 Saying:
refWIP Lev 16:7- 10

Of course some recognize that there is a difference between religion that is based on the truth and practiced with sincerity and religion that is not based on the truth—even if it is practiced with sincerity. Ostensibly searching for the key to understanding the Bible and to discern God’s will, there are many that have become mired down with analyzing and debating the minutest aspect of the historical records to produce the ‘most accurate’ rendering of the ancient texts—but still clearly we see that they are still avoiding God’s name. The enduring reality about the Bible is, that only with God’s name in it, is it fully comprehensible.

Fortunately, there is no essential need to have THE most accurate translation. There are so many illustrative passages and examples preserved for us, that if the translation is coupled with the complete truth about God’s name, the Bible becomes an open book. No matter what is said about the Mighty God or the Almighty God that creates the greatest unfathomable mystery of all time—it is practically impossible to misunderstand the meaning of Bible passages, once and if, people are willing to free themselves from the effect of preconceived ideas. How can we accept answers that are in our head about Jesus and God but we can’t even remember asking the questions?—yet, that is what has happened to most churchgoers.

Atheists recognize that people have been misled. They make a strong point, as invariably they point to the senselessness of church teachings. Many learned scholars and highly respected religious leaders teach that much of the Bible is fiction presented as fact, or worse, has been corrupted with superstitious meddling. This is the influential thinking that comes from those that are afraid to use God’s name in their answers. What are the facts?

Let’s tie together the many facts already presented. 1) In the last four hundred years Bible researchers have been able to collect well over 13,000 handwritten manuscripts and fragments of manuscripts, all of which are known to be copies, many in ancient Hebrew and Greek, but also in many other languages. 2) As we said in our introduction, there is a huge gap of time between the oldest documents and the next ‘younger’ ones. 3) Keep in mind that the most authentic documents were produced by scribes, whose copying techniques required counting every letter, and every word, and even, destroying days or months of work, upon the discovery of an error or modification. 4) All during that huge span of time governments and religions have continuously opposed the Bible. This is exactly what distinguishes the Bible record from all other writings. How so?

5) These thousands of documents—many buried in caves and forgotten—have been thoroughly cross-referenced and checked against each other. 6) It is proved that the Bible has never been in the possession of any one group of men. Its message never anything but temporarily hidden—to be revealed at the time of God’s choosing. (1Co 10:11) So yes, our concern is not unwarranted. 7) The facts prove that the Bible has been tampered with—nonetheless, with so many copies and no one person or group of persons in control of them, 8) while a passage might be altered or missing in one manuscript, the unaltered text is found in other manuscripts and thus it is restored. The truly amazing and wonderful fact is that we are certain, that the 66 books now compiled into modern Bibles, with God’s name restored to them, are as authentic as those originally written.

But to know if the Bible has come down to us as a message from God, uncorrupted and without superstitious fiction, has to go beyond scientific research or the testimony of others. To have a kind of knowing that would be suitable for full faith would mean that we should be able to take our most perplexing and frustrating questions, ideas, and thoughts and then be able to challenge the Bible and successfully rid ourselves of any and all confusing senseless dogma. It would not be the beliefs of others or ourselves that are on trial. The Bible itself would have to harmonize from end to end.

We may need a Bible teacher to help speed up our research but we certainly do not need ‘another prophet’ greater than the Great Teacher Jesus Christ (Deu 18:15) nor do we need someone who is using emotional blackmail to dislodge our logical questions. How can we proceed? Well, if indeed as Acts 3:22 says, Jehovah sent his Son to mankind then Jesus’ words should agree with the Old Testament which claimed he would come in Jehovah’s name—and we see that Jesus’ words do agree with the OT and that he did come in Jehovah’s name. (Psa 118:25, 26; Jhn 12:13) Did you know that? Knowing what you know now, will it seem odd to you, or sound disloyal to Jesus Christ if your teacher should say that they come in Jehovah’s name?

That should not matter as much as that it should first make sense to us that we only put faith in things that we can establish that the Bible is saying. Even then we should only put faith in things we understand. A teacher following Christ’s example will let the Bible answer all questions and upon that we can rely. It will still be our responsibility to demand that all answers harmonize with each other, and the rest of the Bible, and to make decisions based on Bible principles—not the opinions of our teachers. That is what creates something solid to which we can anchor our faith. Knowledge of God’s promises and facts that he has always kept them. Such is the kind of faith that Abraham had who based his faith only on the facts.–  7777 Saying:
refWIP Heb 6:13- 19

The realization that we are coming into possession the truth, becomes even more powerful, as we begin to find that there are other lovers of the Divine Name, that can actually understand what we say to them. They gladly add to it and confirm it for us. Yes, we would experience how “iron sharpeneth iron” to bring peace not to kill one another.– Pro 27:17

So while naysayers and those weak in faith have called upon ‘common sense’ to proclaim the ‘impossibility’ of having in our possession what God actually inspired to be written—as we apply what we learn we find that Biblical wisdom not only protects us from needless suffering but it unifies us with fellow humans of every nation without sacrificing our individuality. We discover that it is politics and religion that have taken away our free will—not Jehovah or the Bible. To us, like the psalmist, we find the Bible to be “a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path” because we do experience relief from questions that plague us. (Psa 119:105) We no longer feel hopeless. We realize that while humans are intelligent, we no longer have to rely on them alone. We have this Book and it is stamped on every page with the mark of superhuman wisdom– from Jehovah– and its truth came to us through the Word, God’s Chief Messenger and His appointed Savior of mankind.–  7777 Saying:
refWIP Jhn 1:1, 17,18

The world is divided into three camps—those that are blind and couldn’t care less about the Divine Name or outright oppose it—those that are in the dark and know little or nothing about it—and finally, those who are in the light and see the treasure of God’s Divine Name. ( 7777 Saying:
refWIP 1Th 5:1- 5)
Once we have thoroughly researched what has been presented, we will be in full possession of the facts. We ought then be confident, that it is not an act of arrogance, when peaceably we present the Bible with Jehovah’s great name all throughout its pages, to our families, friends and fellow humankind everywhere. We can be sure it will strengthen those that are downhearted about this life but who love the truth. ( 7777 Saying:
refWIP Isa 61:1, 2)
Why should we be so bold? Without this knowledge of Jehovah no one can ever have the courage to accept Jesus as their leader instead of men. To show you how truthful this testimony is, we quote from the DNKJB John 6:43-45:

Jesus therefore answered and said unto them, Murmur not among yourselves. No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day. It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God (Jehovah • Isa 54:13). Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father, cometh unto me.

If Jesus is truly Lord and the Word of God to us, we cannot disagree with Jesus’ own powerful reasoning from the Old Testament, can we? To us, Jesus shall always deserve the honorable title Bible Scholar whom we must consult as the greatest authority for comprehending the message of the scriptures.– 2Ti 3:16

This flicker of hope can become a flame, as we realize that the very name that God himself chose for his only begotten son, the one foretold to be the prophet greater than Moses, was the name Yeshuah, which does not mean anything like I AM— but means—Jehovah is Salvation.– Phi 2:11

With so much at stake, does it not seem clearer than ever why Jesus instructed us at Matthew 6:9 to pray “Hallowed be thy name and not hidden be thy name!” In declaring and exalting his Father’s name above his own name, Jesus although he too was one of God’s sons, proved he was nothing like the unfaithful angel of the Garden of Eden. Jesus knew that Satan’s days were numbered as he prayed, “And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.” – Jhn 17:3, 26; Luk 10:18
